Shipping and Handling
Most items are in stock and will ship within 24 hours.
We do our best to find the most economical and reliable way to get your order to you. Orders usually ship within three business days. Depending on which items you bought, we may use one or a combination of several methods to ship your order.
We use FedEx Ground Shipping for the majority of our shipments. After you choose the FedEx shipping method at check-out, the shipping cost will be added to your order automatically and your credit card will be charged for it. Shipping by Truck
Some large items can only ship by truck and are indicated as such. Your total at check-out will not include shipping costs for these types of items. We will request a shipping quote and get back to you for approval. We will not process your credit card for these items or the associated freight costs until we have your authorization to do so. If shipping costs do not meet your approval, we will cancel your order without a fee.
In addition, it may be more economical to use a trucking company for large quantities of items that would normally be shipped via FedEx, UPS, DHL or US postal service.
Terms And Conditions
All sales are final unless an incorrect item is shipped or if the product is not complete.
All of our products are brand new unless otherwise stated in the description above.
Shipping Fees will only be reimbursed if we shipped the incorrect item that needs to be sent back.
Please make sure you are aware of any and all warranties pertaining to your purchase. There are no other warranties expressed or implied other then what the manufacturer of the product provides. We will not be responsible for any shipping fees incurred or denied warranty claims. It is extremely important that you know exactly what the warranty covers and where manufacturers stand with their warranty policy. If you would like to know exactly what the manufacturer warranty is, please email us and we can provide that information to you.
Returns will only be accepted for factory damaged items or items wrongfully sent. Claims on all returns must be made within 7 days upon receipt of your order. All return items must be in NEW condition accompanied by a Return Authorization (R.A. #) number obtained from us. When the item is returned, we need the following: a copy of an invoice with an explanation of the defect item, R.A. # (which will be given by us when you call, or email to report). Used items will not be credited, nor repaired and returned to customer. Approval for all returns is based upon inspection upon recept by our factories. Only a in-store credit will be issued or items will be replaced (if defective) on all returns. All hot deals and clearance items are no return no exchange.
Please be advised, customer will have to cover shipping cost to ship the items back to our factories.
Cancellation of a shipment may not be requested if the shipment has already been picked up by the shipping carriers.
We are always trying to provide you with the highest standard of customer care possible. If you are not satisfied in any way, please feel to contact us, and we will try our best to resolve the issue.
Standard Warranty Limitations
Negligence, misuse, improper installation or abuse by the customer, our factories warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase. If a defect exists, at its option our factories will repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. A replacement product/part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you.
If a product is returned to our factories and found to be damaged due to negligence, misuse, improper installation or abuse by the customer, improper electrical power, power failures, power surges or other electrical problems; lightning or other storm conditions; repair, modification, or installation of options or parts by anyone other than our factories or any problems created by improper shipping or handling, the customer will be billed for the full purchase price of the product, plus shipping charges.
Obtaining Warranty Service
To become eligible for warranty services, you must deliver or send the product(s) to our factories at your expense.
